HMAS Canberra recently took time out of FCP20 to emulate the conditions encountered by the Royal Australian Navy during Operation BUSHFIRE ASSIST 19-20, and build on lessons learnt through conducting a Defence Assistance to Civil Communities exercise.

    Launceston team works like clockwork to undock

    HMAS Launceston’s crew watched on closely in early February as the Armidale Class Patrol Boat was lowered back into the water in the synchro lift at HMAS Coonawarra, having spent more than 2 months in the dry dock conducting planned maintenance.
