Tiger 75’s stripes on display in new exhibit

The new S-70B Seahawk helicopter exhibit was opened at the Australian National Museum Maritime, Sydney, by Chief of Navy, Vice Admiral Mike Noonan AO, RAN, on 9 October 2019.

An icon of naval aviation now features at the Australian National Maritime Museum with the new S-70B-2 (Bravo) Seahawk ‘Tiger 75’ exhibit officially opened during the 2019 Sea Power Conference.

As the investigation begins into the final moments of the Royal Australian Navy’s first submarine HMAS AE1, moves are also afoot to educate the public on the submarine's importance to Australia's wartime history.
