Cairns sailors tackle tough terrain

With the local mountain biking season in full swing, ten energetic sailors from HMAS Cairns saddled up for a day of physical challenges as they represented Navy in the RRR Mountain Bike Challenge.

Members of HMAS Cerberus represented both the Navy and Air Force this weekend at the You Yangs Dirty Duathlon. The event was organised by the HMAS Cerberus Cycling Club as an extension of the Wednesday Sport initiative at HMAS Cerberus.

Members of HMAS Anzac ship's company participated in the Southern Peaks 37km Cross Country Mountain Bike event held in Albany.

Five dedicated mountain bikers from the ship’s company of HMAS Anzac participated in the Southern Peaks cross country mountain bike event held in Anzac’s home port of Albany, Western Australia, recently.
