Officers and sailors of HMAS Hobart and the Australian Maritime Task Group at the 74th UN Day Ceremony at the UN Memorial Cemetery Busan, Republic of Korea, during their East Asia Deployment.

A group of 50 officers and sailors from HMAS Hobart recently participated in a ceremony to mark the 74th United Nations Day at the United Nations Memorial Cemetery, in Busan, Republic of Korea, during the ship’s current East Asia Deployment.

HMA Ships Diamantina and Gascoyne prepare for departure from Busan Naval Base in the Republic of Korea.

Joining units from the Republic of Korea Navy and the United States Navy, HMA Ships Diamantina and Gascoyne have sailed to participate in the 2019 Multinational Mine Warfare Exercise (MIWEX) being conducted in the waters off South Korea.

HMAS Hobart leads HMA Ships Stuart and Parramatta out of Sydney Harbour for their East Asia Deployment.

The Royal Australian Navy has begun its largest deployment of the year with more than a thousand sailors and officers bound for engagements across North and South East Asia.

Departing Sydney Harbour in the early evening, the Minehunters HMA Ships Diamantina and Gascoyne set sail on Monday for a three month North East Asian Deployment.
