On 30 January the Navy Indigenous Performance Group 'Bungaree' was the centre of attention, performing a variety of dance routines at the official opening by Mosman Council of an exhibition to mark the 200th anniversary of the establishment of Bungaree's Farm at the Camouflage fuel tanks, Mosman, New South Wales.

Chief of Navy's Strategic Adviser on Indigenous Cultural Affairs, Chief Petty Officer Ray Rosendale, said being awarded a Conspicuous Service Medal in the Australia Day Honours List was a great honour and not one he would take lightly.
