Life at sea in the Navy can be challenging and achieving the simplest tasks can be a difficult undertaking, not the least of all keeping fit and healthy. Men’s Health Week presents an excellent opportunity to look at how the men and women of the Navy maintain fitness at sea.

Lieutenant Commander Peter Russell and Leading Seaman Daniel Taylor present a $2000 donation from HMAS Sirius to Susan Anderson from Beyond Blue.

HMAS Sirius hosted a representative from Beyond Blue and the mental health staff from HMAS Stirling onboard in April, to donate a fundraising cheque for $2000 dollars, share a BBQ and have a general meet and greet.
