Home to many thousands of Australian Defence Force members over the past three and a half decades, the former HMAS Tobruk will now be home to sealife and recreational divers.

After almost 35 years of dedicated service, the Royal Australian Navy’s humanitarian aid and disaster relief ship HMAS Tobruk was decommissioned at her home port of Garden Island, in Sydney, today.
