Like a crew of ‘buccaneers’, the blindfolded Perth Wildcats basketball team ‘walked the plank’ then navigated through hoops of a different kind during teamwork and leadership skills training - Navy’s way.
The sport of soccer is currently undergoing a resurgence at Fleet Base West, in Rockingham, after a busy 18 month period that has seen the team based at HMAS Stirling creating a strong impression in the local competition as well as against visiting ship’s teams.

Navy's MH-60R Seahawk Romeo helicopters have passed the fleet milestone of 10,000 flying hours since the maturing capability began in December 2013 with 725 Squadron operating from Naval Air Station Jacksonville in the USA.
