Two Defence International Policy Division advisors have been embarked in HMAS Adelaide as part of her recent deployment throughout the Asian region.

A MRH-90 Taipan helicopter from HMAS Adelaide conducts deck landings aboard Republic of Singapore Navy ship RSS Supreme off the coast of Singapore, during Indo Pacific Endeavour 2017.

As a MRH-90 helicopter from HMAS Adelaide touched down in a deck landing practice on the flight deck of RSS Supreme, Australia’s interoperability with the Singapore Armed Forces moved to a new level.

The recent visit to Malaysia by ships from an Australian task group provided an opportunity for medical teams from each country to share stories and talk techniques.

It was a long-awaited homecoming for five Papua New Guinean nationals as Royal Australian Navy amphibious ship HMAS Adelaide sailed into Port Moresby on a recent visit.
