HMAS Moreton personnel have taken on a bushwalking challenge to test their mental and physical resilience. The old Brisbane rail trail comprises 161km of rugged Australian bushland, often crossing though small Queensland towns, providing a challenge even for the regular bushwalker.

Members of HMAS Kuttabul ship’s company recently spent the day at Shelly Beach, Manly, sharpening their skills in abseiling, as part of the adventure training program available to all personnel across Navy ships and establishments.

Personnel from HMAS Stirling complete the final stretch of the Cape to Cape track at Cape Leeuwin, Western Australia.

Twenty-one personnel from HMAS Stirling have participated in a 135 kilometre Cape to Cape trek to promote the benefits of healthy lifestyles, teamwork and resilience within the Navy community.
