The Navy to Navy relationship between Australia and India was deepened recently with HMAS Warramunga conducting exercises with INS Subhadra.

Despite being keen to commence her Middle East mission, as HMAS Warramunga departed for her deployment recently the crew took a special moment on the flight deck to commit the ashes of Able Seaman Douglas Reginald Phillips to the sea.

One of the Australian Navy’s newest aviation teams took out the honours for the coveted Collins Trophy recently with the 2016 ‘most proficient’ embarked helicopter flight going to some of those flying and maintaining the Seahawk Romeo.
