The Australian Defence Triathlon Club was well represented by 46 triathletes among 8500 competitors in the 32nd running of the Noosa Olympic Triathlon, the world’s second biggest triathlon, in early November.

Leading Seaman Physical Trainer Tamara Prins puts members of St Kilda Football Club's Emerging Leaders group to the test as they work together for their team building activity at HMAS Cerberus, Victoria.

HMAS Cerberus, in Victoria, has earned the title ‘Cradle of the Navy’ through 95 years of training sailors. Recently, Cerberus had the opportunity to run an intensive camp for the St Kilda Football Club’s emerging leaders, giving them a taste of training, Navy style.

Navy’s renewed focus on innovation shifted up a gear when HMAS Penguin in Sydney hosted the first of many workshops to give Navy people the practical skills to come up with innovative ideas and new ways of thinking.
