The Royal Australian Navy helicopter frigate HMAS Anzac returned to her home port of Fleet Base East in Sydney today, following a five month long NORTHERN TRIDENT 2015 deployment.

Residents, avid surfers, keen golfers and mariners in Flinders, Victoria, were recently treated to a world- first, witnessing the firing of a 76mm medium calibre gun integrated with a SAAB Mk3e Combat Management System and CEA CEAFAR phased array radar from West Head Gunnery Range.

Chief Petty Officer Bosun Scott Wheeler is welcomed home by his family following HMAS Perth's return to Fleet Base West after a three month deployment to South East Asia.

Family and friends gathered at Fleet Base West on 26 July to welcome home HMAS Perth after a busy three month deployment to South East Asia. The deployment covered a wide range of regional engagement and diplomacy duties, including visits to Singapore, Thailand and Cambodia, as well as participating in a number of maritime exercises with international partners.
