Volunteers from Navy Headquarters Tasmania have an early morning start decorating the Derwent Entertainment centre before the children’s arrival.

A team of volunteers from Navy Headquarters Tasmania joined other Tasmanian community groups to help run the 17th Annual Special Children’s Christmas Party at the Derwent Entertainment Centre yesterday.

Last week the Adelaide Class Guided Missile Frigate (FFG) Team Trainer maintainers from the Systems Training School (HMAS Watson) scheduled some time out to make a much needed donation to the Australian Red Cross Blood Service, assisting in the provision of blood and blood products to those in need Australia-wide.
