Chief Executive Officer of the Defence Materiel Organisation, Warren King, formally accepted the delivery of the first of two MRH90 helicopter simulators at the Army Aviation Training Centre in Oakey, Queensland.

Personnel from HMAS Newcastle took time off to explore the ruins of Petra during a recent visit to Jordan.

At the end of their third Middle Eastern patrol, the crew of HMAS Newcastle visited the Jordanian port of Aqaba for a five-day respite visit.
