In-service volunteers are being sought to join the Royal Australian Navy team for the 2016 Variety Bash, a 10-day drive through the outback to raise money for kids in need.

HMAS Perth’s ‘Romeo’ MH-60R helicopter touched down at Jandakot airport recently for a brief stop over at the Royal Flying Doctor Services Western Australian Headquarters, before embarking in the Anzac class frigate for her Operation MANITOU deployment.

More than 1,650 Australian Defence Force personnel have arrived in the United States ahead of a month of focused military training activities with 27 nations from across the globe for Exercise Rim-of-the-Pacific (RIMPAC) 2016.
