Australian Navy frigate, HMAS Parramatta has rescued three South African sailors from a stricken yacht approximately 1,300 kilometres southwest of Cape Leeuwin in Western Australia.

HMAS Perth's MH-60R leaves the flight deck while the ship is in Victoria, Seychelles, to assist the Seychelles' Coast Guard in a search and rescue mission after a civilian boat capsized during the night.

HMAS Perth and its embarked MH-60R helicopter supported a search and rescue off the coast of Seychelles on 14 August. 

HMAS Broome assists in civilian search and rescue

Royal Australian Navy patrol boat HMAS Broome has assisted in a search and rescue of 12 people stuck in unfavourable sea conditions during a patrol in the Torres Strait recently.
