Resilience, teamwork and leadership were common themes for Navy members of Navy Headquarters-South Australia (NHQ-SA) and surrounding outstations during an expedition to the remote Flinders Ranges.

An estimated 330,000 people lined Adelaide streets recently to watch the annual Christmas pageant, the largest parade of its kind in the southern hemisphere, and South Australia’s traditional welcome to the festive season.

Overcoming a fear of needles and blood has allowed one Senior Sailor to become a regular donor of blood and plasma, and recently achieved her 50th donation.
