The redesigned and refurbished Canteen Mobile Van with its first customers, at HMAS Cerberus, Victoria.

The barometer for change has been twitching in the Navy Canteens camp these past few months, and recently a big change swept through in the small, dark hours onboard HMAS Cerberus on the morning of Wednesday 17 July.
