Fit for life, fit for work, was the theme for the running of the 55th Bonshaw Cup, at HMAS Harman, in Canberra on 27 October.

A team of Australian Defence Force indigenous footballers recently participated in the Yannanayowoit Dullallally Football Carnival in Ballarat – the theme of which was to be proud of one’s indigenous heritage.

As the Richmond Tigers held up the Australian Football League premiership trophy at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, it was a different story in downtown Doveton for the Dogs of HMAS Cerberus, as their winning streak and dream of back-to-back premierships was shattered.
