Commanding Officer HMAS Sydney, CMDR Brinckmann, is presented with a gift from the Training Commander of KRI Dewaruchi, LTCDR Arief, with the Ships Companies of both vessels in the background.

Recently, 80 personnel, including 68 cadets and staff, from the Indonesian Sail Training Ship KRI Dewaruci visited HMAS Sydney, while both ships were berthed alongside Victoria Quay in Fremantle.

The International Fleet Review app will be officially launched on 9 September 2013 and will be available through the App Store and Google play.

Those planning to attend the many activities associated with the International Fleet Review will have an easier time keeping track of what’s on offer with mobile phone application being launched next week by the Royal Australian Navy.

The Royal Australian Navy is searching for descendants of the sailors and officers who sailed into Sydney Harbour on 4 October 1913 aboard the seven ships of the original Royal Australian Navy fleet.

One thousand officers and sailors from the Royal Australian Navy establishments HMAS Creswell and HMAS Albatross marched through the streets of Nowra today, exercising their 'freedom of entry' into the city.

The Jazz Ensemble from the Royal Australian Navy Band – Tasmanian Detachment in action at Hot August Jazz Festival in Hobart.

Elizabeth Street, North Hobart, is one of Tasmania's favourite restaurant and dining strips. On Sunday, 25 August, that strip became Tassie's 'New Orleans' as jazz bands took over many of the neighbourhood cafés, restaurants, pubs and even the local Uniting Church.
