HMAS Choules, alongside in Noumea, New Caledonia, is preparing to conduct Exercise CROIX DU SUD 2018.

The RAN’s Amphibious landing ship HMAS Choules and Coastal Mine Hunters HMAS Gascoyne and Yarra have joined a French-led multinational force to participate in valuable disaster response training designed to increase Australia’s ability to operate alongside regional nations.

RAN Clearance Divers bring a patient ashore during a medevac training exercise as part of the Western Pacific Naval Symposium Mine Countermeasures and Diving Exercise (MCM DIVEX). The event, involving 18 nations, is being held at HMAS Creswell from 7-18 May.

The risk posed by sea mines is a key focus at this year’s Western Pacific Naval Symposium (WPNS) Mine Countermeasures and Diving Exercise (MCM DIVEX), hosted by the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) on the New South Wales south coast.

HMAS Adelaide is returned to her regular berth after a period of maintenance within Captain Cook Graving Dock, Fleet Base East, Sydney, NSW.

HMAS Adelaide is preparing to embark on its longest deployment this year – a three month journey across the South Pacific to Hawaii and back called Indo-Pacific Endeavour 2018 (IPE18). The deployment represents the second iteration of the Indo-Pacific Endeavour activity in which Adelaide has been the flagship.

HMAS Anzac sailors 'cheer ship' during the multilateral naval Exercise KOMODO fleet inspection at Lombok, Indonesia, as part of the South East Asia Deployment.

HMAS Anzac has joined participants from 36 other nations off the coast of Lombok, Indonesia while in the region as part of their South East Asia deployment.
