HMAS Stirling has had a change at the top as former Commanding Officer Captain Brian Delamont handed over the reins of Navy’s largest base to Captain Ainsley Morthorpe on the first day of February.

For the second year in a row, HMAS Stirling has been awarded the Navy League Perpetual Trophy which is presented in recognition for assistance given to the civilian community during the preceding year.
