Officers and sailors in HMAS Anzac celebrated the ship’s 21st birthday with a barbeque and cake cutting in her home port of Garden Island, Sydney.

HMAS Anzac sailed from Fleet Base East, Sydney, in April with a handful of additional Marine Technical sailors and Aviation personnel embarked.

Despite not coming away with the honours, HMAS Anzac embraced the motto 'United We Stand', with arguably the loudest and proudest supporters at the 2017 Rugby Union Inter Unit Annual Competition at TG Milner Rugby Field in Sydney on 31 March.
