The ship’s company of HMAS Cairns have taken to the water in a less typical fashion recently, getting out in kayaks to contribute to cleaning up local waterways.

Navy members of Brisbane base HMAS Moreton have joined forces with their local community participating in the annual Clean Up Australia campaign.

A combined effort of 40 Navy, Army and Air Force members spent last an afternoon helping make their workplace and surrounds beautiful by participating in the Clean up Australia campaign recently.
